Insignia is crap, and when it does break Best Buy treats you like crap for their mistake expecting to you live 60 days without a TV you paid over $1000 for... I did finally get it replaced with a Samsung that has worked perfectly but not after being without a TV or getting the run around on repairs for 60 days...
